Oksana Lyutik — new CEO of “Zminotvortsi”
In August, “Zminotvortsi” welcomed a new leader — Oksana Lyutik, who previously co-developed and taught the “Society” course, spending the entire pilot year with the team, inspired by teenagers from rural areas.
Oksana brings 12 years of experience in formal and informal education as a teacher, trainer, mentor, and facilitator. In recent years, as the head of the educational center “MriyDiy,” she organized over 60 educational events for educators across Ukraine, involving more than 100 trainers. Oksana Lyutik also graduated from the year-long “Leadership for Educational Transformations” program at the University of Warwick (UK).
Oksana is well-known as a trainer and co-developer of the 5-day facilitation course-intensive “School of Dialogue and Facilitation” for youth, the coordinator of the 5-day camp for 70 children in challenging life situations “I Made It” from the Dobrodiy Club, and a mentor to 50 students during her time at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy.
