How the "All Together" Festival for children and teenagers went

The "All Together" festival for children and teenagers, organized by Mystetskyi Arsenal, took place from September 20 to 22, and we were partners in the event.

At our stand, we presented a photo exhibition featuring stories of changemakers from various villages in Ukraine. Our entire team was thrilled to meet one of the heroes – changemaker Pavlo, who visited us.

Visitors left over 500 responses on our Prejudice Wall, where questions related to many stereotypes and controversial topics in society, which we encounter daily, were displayed. Questions like: Who is responsible for bad roads? Should LGBTQ+ people be treated? Can one make a lot of money, honestly? Or is it possible to have a good life if born in a village? The youngest and oldest guests shared their thoughts on these questions, which we discussed with children in the ‘Zminotvortsi’ courses. We are grateful to everyone who spoke up and was honest – your opinions sparked great interest among the visitors.

We also held several events with our teachers and course curators:

The curator of the ‘Health’ course, Oksana Mankovska, spoke about eating disorders (ED): symptoms of ED in teenagers, her personal experience in overcoming the disorder, ways to support loved ones with ED, and the importance of awareness of a healthy approach to nutrition among both children and adults.
