The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and "Zminotvortsi" Sign Memorandum

May 2024 - The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and "Zminotvortsi" have signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The Ministry, which supports the creation of opportunities for teenagers in rural areas and small towns and the development of youth potential at the state level, will now provide informational and organizational support to the nationwide free educational system "Zminotvortsi" and facilitate the involvement of children and schools in the program.

In May 2024, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Oksen Lisovyi, and Deputy Minister Andriy Stashkiv met with the co-founders of "Zminotvortsi", Vladyslav Greziev and Kateryna Mykhalko, as well as the head of the educational and teaching component, Petro Chornomorets, and the methodologist, Tymur Demchuk. During the meeting, they discussed key topics in modern education and the challenges facing all stakeholders, as well as strategic and tactical goals and ways to achieve them.

"Zminotvortsi," as a free educational system for teenagers aged 14 and up from villages and towns with populations of up to 10,000, provides a comprehensive yet basic understanding of how the main spheres of the world are organized. It offers an opportunity to learn more practical information, find one's calling, and establish social connections with peers from all regions of Ukraine, as well as access additional development opportunities (internships, scholarships, etc.).
