Co-founder and head of educational and teaching component

Specialist in neuroscience, PhD in biological sciences. Co-author of educational system, teacher at «Maibutni» democratic school. Professor of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, author of courses «Biology of thinking and decision making on the MBA program», «Systemic thinking in games and simulations», «Biological training», etc. Author and host of the course «Biology for psychologists» and the eponymous educational club.

Oksana Liutik

CEO

Lecturer, trainer, mentor of educational projects, and facilitator. She has 12 years of experience in formal and non-formal education. A graduate of the one-year “Leadership for Educational Transformation” program at the University of Warwick (UK). As the head of the “MriyDiy” educational centre, she has implemented over 60 educational events for Ukrainian educators and engaged over 100 trainers for these initiatives.

Tymur Demchuk

Co-founder and methodologist

Head of corporate programs of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. PhD in political science.  Teacher in «Maibutni» democratic school, author of the first and single comprehensive course on political science for teenagers in Ukraine. Entrepreneur with 2 successful businesses. Develops strategic, social and political games, directed at understanding the impact of external conditions and internal possibilities of a person on decision making.

Head of communications

Communication manager with 7+ years of experience.

Worked in communication agencies and with large and small businesses, donor organizations and the third sector.

Has over 20 awards from advertising festivals: Epica, Effie Awards Ukraine, KIAF.

She has over 6 years of experience in the public sector in the field of communications and partnerships. She works at the intersection of creative communications, partnership development, and socially important initiatives.
